Hello Family,
Hope this letter finds you all well in spirit and in health. The time is quickly approaching the Bailey 2025 Family Reunion, and preparations have begun.
The dates for the reunion will be July 4th, 5th & 6th
As most of you know, there were some changes made at the 2018 reunion concerning the expenses. The cost of the reunion has been the same for several years without any increase, but due to circumstances beyond our control with inflation, expense changes were put into effect by the descendants of Jack and Molly Bailey during the business meeting in July 2018. We put a lot of thought into these changes and feel that change is needed and will benefit all involved. We want to make everything clear and easy to understand, so the changes will be as follows.
- For anyone of age 18 and older, your cost will be $50.00 per person
(If you will be 18 years of age at the time of the reunion, this DOES apply to you also)
- For children ages 7-17 years of age, your cost will be $20.00 per person 3. For children of ages 6 years and under, the cost is FREE
**DEADLINE FOR FEES ARE DUE BY JUNE 7, 2025**
** There will be an additional $10.00 charge for all fees per adult that pays at the door**
**Please note that any VISITOR at any event will also pay the same fees as the families to attend, also
** There will be a designated time for VISITORS to come for our MINGLE HOUR which will begin at 7 pm on Saturday, July 5, 2025
This is an event, and the cost is a ONE-TIME FEE that covers you and your eligible family members for all 3 days. The cost does NOT change whether you attend only one or all three days.
Ex. You attend (1) day- $50.00 per person 18 and older, $20.00 per person for children ages 7-17 years, children of ages 6 years and under, the cost is FREE
You attend (2) days- $50.00 per person 18 and older, $20.00 per person for children ages 7-17 years, children of ages 6 years and under, the cost is FREE
You attend (3) days – $50.00 per person 18 and older, $20.00 per person for children ages 7-17 years, children of ages 6 years and under, the cost is FREE
(the cost will not be divided or split based on how many days you are attending) **NO ACCEPTIONS**

Included is a form to be filled out for you and your family, including their names and ages, so we can have an accurate head count for adults and children.
Also, a list of local Hotels and Motels for you to make reservations of your choice Armbands/tickets will be provided upon your arrival to be presented for your meals
